2月15日 ต้องขอโทษทุก ๆ ท่านด้วย ที่มาเยี่ยมเยียนแล้วก็ทิ้งคอมเม้นไว้ โดยที่ผมไม่ได้

At last, I'm at the end of the last semester in Chula, 4 years passed by so fast as if it's half of its time.
I have only 1 examination left, after that i'll take a big rest (i mean , i'll stop from seriour things for a while , but will not stay without doing anything , it's waste a precious time , haha).
Many of my friends began to find the job, for me, i still wonder what i will do, i want to study aboard but i don't have money for that and i don't want to ask my mom for it, so it must end up with working before, but??? what's about go to study and work both in the same time?? it's ok, i can do any work, really don't mind, becuz i must stand with my leg to catch my dream, the only problem is that - how can i find the job in outer country!!?. I want to study in Japan , it means that i'll go there and study at langauge school for 6 months -1 year , while working to find the money in the same time, after that i'll join some graphic/web design school, this is one of my choice, but i also interested in studying in USA in this field too, mmm, there are ways but i don't know which will be the best for me. At least i still worry if i chose to study in graphic-design field , i worry that i'll not have a time to practice programming and i'll lost it, and in the other side, if i chose to study in programming (or relate) field, i'll have no time practicing my design, and i'll lost it then. To work in Thai, it may be ok for anyone, but for me, i think it's
hard to evolve yourself, and hard to get much money, now the world is money-is-the-god, so i can't avoid thinking of it, no one can't think about to have a lot of money if he/she wanted to have a great life.

Well, let's kick the serious thing out of the head now, we should be relax, too serious and worry is like putting yourself in the hell.
Now my leisure time is quite benefit to people around me, What's it then?? haha, recently i like cooking very much, i often go to super market and buy cooking stuffs. My most often dishes is Spaghetti, i really did it delicious!!don't you believe?, one of my friend and my family had tried it, and they told it's great (right?) At least, my mom told that i did it more delicious than her. I'm very pround of this, haha, whoever come to my place, don't affaird of hungry, you will be fulfilled your stomach with my cooking. Let's see what i cooked! |

Red Suace with Fried Chicken and Egg
Spaghetti
This is my first spaghetti dish! I did it by frying chicken and egg together, then i added salt, paper, origano, and chilli. Cooked together until it's ok then put the tomato sauce and raw tomatoes, add some water, cooked for 4 minute and..finished. This one's taste is sour and spicy, i like it.

White Sauce with Chicken Spaghetti
My next dish, using the white sauce this time, so the taste is deifference from the last one. Cooked in the same way but didn't use the tomatoes, and use white sauce (bought at supermarket) instead of tomatoes sauce. The taste is weaker and little sweet compare to the first one.

Taiko No Miso Ramen Recipe 1
From spaghetti to ramen, with my own invented recipe(??may b). Mixed pork with shoyu and peper for 1 hour, created the soup using miso, salt and peper boiled together. Boiled the noodle and put the seaweed!! The special taste is when you eat both soup,noodle and pork together!!!Here comes taiko' dish.!!! oishiiiiiiiiii!

Taiko No Miso Ramen Recipe 2
With the ambitious to be a good ramen cooker! Oop taiko did it again!!??......haha.
This time i used hamberger-pork mix with
peper and red chilli with difference ratio.
The taste is more chilli and greater smell.

Maccaronii de Taiko
Now, moved to maccaronii dish.Because of too much ramen and spaghtti cooking, i found this is next for me. This recipe got more vegetable than other, i put carrot, sweet corn, asparagus, and other. The soup base is miso soup recipe#2 , same as used in the menu above. It got a miso taste with a little sweetness.

Pork-stuffed Gyou with Super Soup Base Recipe Secret No.1
By going to shopping at super market, i found gyou and had the idea about it. It's quite difficult to make gyou, especially its stuff. I cut the garlic in to a very small pieces and mix it with pork, salt-egg, salt-fish, peper, shoyu, black peper, and little chilli, the warp it with the gyou sheet. Secret recipe soup base made from boiling the pork's bone for 3 hour with peper, shoyu, onion and little origano. The taste is very awesome!! I really like this dish!.
